Officially - and legally - attached to the Burgundy vineyard, the Beaujolais region has largely a specific time-honored. This is reinforced by the dynamic promotion of its wines, led with enthusiasm by all those who made famous Beaujolais in the world. So how could we ignore every third Thursday of November, the joyous arrival of Beaujolais Nouveau?
Already by his subsoil, the landscape differs from his illustrious neighbor. Here, no linear dimension and nearly regular, but the game varies on hills and valleys, which multiply with the sunny slopes, and the Domain themselves, where the Roman tiles replaced the flat tiles, giving a little breath of South.
