Graves
Lying over about fifty kilometers, the Graves region owes its name to the nature of its soils: mainly terraces built by the Garonne and his ancestors who have filed a variety of rocky debris (pebbles and gravel from Pyrenees and Massif Central).
Reds have a full-bodied and elegant structure that allows proper ageing.Bouquet, delicately smoked, is particularly distinctive. Dry whites, fleshy and elegant, are among the best in Gironde. For most of them, they are now frequently elevated in barrel, gaining richness and complexity after a few years of ageing.
